QuickHDR ("QuickHDR", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining the privacy, confidentiality, and security of user information. This Privacy Policy describes the manner in which QuickHDR collects, processes, stores, uses, transfers, and protects information obtained through the QuickHDR platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise interacting with QuickHDR, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. For terms governing use of the Service, see our Terms & Conditions.
1. Information Collected
QuickHDR may collect personal information, technical information, transactional data, and user-generated content necessary for the operation, administration, maintenance, and improvement of the Service.
Such information may include, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, account credentials, billing-related information, uploaded images and media, IP addresses, browser identifiers, operating systems, device identifiers, cookies, usage activity, analytics information, log data, and other technical information associated with use of the Service.
Payment transactions are processed through authorized third-party payment processors, including Paddle. QuickHDR does not directly store complete credit card or debit card information on its own infrastructure.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
QuickHDR processes information for purposes including the provision and maintenance of the Service, image processing operations, generation of HDR and enhanced outputs, subscription administration, billing management, customer support, fraud prevention, operational monitoring, infrastructure security, legal compliance, and improvement of platform functionality and performance.
Where required under applicable law, QuickHDR processes personal information on specific legal bases depending on the nature of the processing activity. Processing activities associated with image uploads, image processing requests, generation of outputs, downloading of processed files, storage of uploaded content, and account functionality are processed on the basis of contractual necessity and user-initiated actions, including but not limited to uploading content to the Service, clicking processing or generation functions, requesting output generation, downloading outputs, saving outputs, and otherwise interacting with operational features of the Service.
Certain processing activities relating to analytics, fraud prevention, infrastructure security, abuse prevention, operational monitoring, and service reliability may additionally be processed on the basis of legitimate business interests or compliance with legal obligations where applicable.
QuickHDR may utilize analytics, diagnostic systems, and performance monitoring technologies to evaluate platform usage patterns, improve technical reliability, and enhance user experience. Analytics-related information is not sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for advertising resale or commercial data brokerage purposes.
3. Automated Processing and Product Improvement
QuickHDR utilizes automated systems, cloud-based infrastructure, externally hosted computational technologies, and machine-assisted processing systems in connection with image processing and operational functionality.
For users utilizing free trial plans or free-tier services, uploaded content and associated metadata may be internally retained, analyzed, reviewed, processed, and utilized for purposes including quality assurance, technical development, operational optimization, system evaluation, security, fraud prevention, and general improvement of the Service.
Such information is used exclusively for internal operational and developmental purposes associated with QuickHDR and is not intentionally sold, publicly distributed, licensed, or transferred to external entities for commercial profit.
For paid subscription services, uploaded content is processed solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the requested functionality and operational features of the Service.
Users acknowledge that automated image-processing systems and AI-assisted technologies may produce outputs containing inaccuracies, inconsistencies, unintended artifacts, distortions, or other technical irregularities.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure and Service Providers
QuickHDR relies on third-party providers for infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing, communication systems, and technical operations necessary for the administration of the Service.
Such providers may include Supabase, Modal, payment processors, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, infrastructure management providers, and customer communication services.
These entities may process information solely on behalf of QuickHDR and exclusively to the extent reasonably necessary for operational, technical, administrative, legal, and security-related purposes associated with the Service.
5. Cookies and Analytics Technologies
QuickHDR may utilize essential cookies, authentication technologies, session-management systems, analytics technologies, and related technical mechanisms necessary for operation, maintenance, security, reliability, and performance evaluation of the Service.
Essential technologies may be used to maintain account sessions, authenticate users, secure platform functionality, prevent unauthorized access, and preserve operational stability.
Analytics and performance-monitoring technologies may be utilized to evaluate system reliability, identify technical issues, monitor usage activity, improve functionality, optimize infrastructure performance, and enhance user experience.
QuickHDR does not sell, distribute, or disclose analytics-related information for advertising resale, commercial profiling, or third-party data brokerage purposes.
Users located in jurisdictions requiring consent for certain categories of cookies or analytics technologies, including jurisdictions within the European Union, may be presented with cookie consent interfaces or consent-management mechanisms where required by applicable law.
Users may independently modify browser settings to restrict or disable certain cookies or tracking technologies; however, portions of the Service may not function properly as a result.
6. Ownership of Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain all applicable ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property interests relating to images, media, and other content uploaded to the Service, as well as processed outputs generated through use of the Service, subject to applicable law.
QuickHDR does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content or processed outputs.
QuickHDR does not intentionally resell, commercially distribute, publicly disclose, leak, or exploit user-uploaded or processed content for external commercial purposes.
Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content complies with applicable laws, intellectual property requirements, licensing obligations, and third-party rights.
7. Data Retention
QuickHDR retains information for periods reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, preserve operational continuity, and support legitimate business interests.
Uploaded content may be temporarily retained for processing, delivery, account functionality, backup procedures, abuse prevention, and technical support operations.

8. Security and Safeguards
QuickHDR implements commercially reasonable administrative, organizational, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information, uploaded content, and operational infrastructure.
Such safeguards may include encrypted transmission protocols, secured hosting environments, access-control mechanisms, authentication systems, infrastructure monitoring, internal authorization restrictions, and security-management procedures.
Notwithstanding such measures, no method of electronic transmission, digital storage, or internet-based infrastructure can be guaranteed to provide absolute security.
9. International Transfers of Information
QuickHDR operates internationally and may process, store, transfer, or access information in jurisdictions outside a user's country of residence, including Israel and other jurisdictions in which QuickHDR or its infrastructure providers maintain systems or operational facilities.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the international transfer, processing, storage, and handling of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and where applicable under relevant data protection laws.
10. User Rights and Data Protection Requests
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable privacy laws, including certain international and regional data protection frameworks, you may have legal rights relating to your personal information.
Such rights may include the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of data, restriction of processing activities, objection to certain categories of processing, withdrawal of consent where applicable, and portability of personal information.

11. Age Restrictions
QuickHDR is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
QuickHDR does not knowingly provide services to minors. If QuickHDR reasonably determines that an individual under the age of eighteen has created an account or utilized the Service, QuickHDR reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and remove associated information without prior notice.
12. Communications
QuickHDR may communicate with users through email relating to account administration, billing matters, legal notices, customer support, operational announcements, security notifications, platform updates, and other matters reasonably associated with operation of the Service.
QuickHDR does not currently provide SMS or text-message communications.
13. Corporate Transactions
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing transaction, insolvency proceeding, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction involving QuickHDR, user information may be transferred, disclosed, or assigned as part of such transaction, subject to applicable legal protections and confidentiality obligations.
14. Modifications to This Privacy Policy
QuickHDR reserves the right to revise, amend, modify, or update this Privacy Policy at any time.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication through the QuickHDR platform or website unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Service following the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
