QuickHDR is a web-based platform that processes bracketed RAW and related image files to create HDR and enhanced photographic outputs. You must register for an account to access most features of the Service.

The Service is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who are legally able to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. By using QuickHDR, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

QuickHDR may offer subscription plans, credits, tokens, free trials, or other paid or promotional offerings. Prices, features, and billing intervals are displayed at checkout or within your account and may change from time to time.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment processors, including Paddle. QuickHDR does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers. Billing, subscription management, and payment-related obligations may additionally be governed by the terms and policies of Paddle and other authorized payment providers.

Users located in jurisdictions where mandatory statutory refund rights apply, including certain jurisdictions within the European Union, may be entitled to request a refund within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date, subject to applicable laws, contractual limitations, payment processor requirements, and the commencement of digital service delivery where legally applicable.

Unless you have benefited from the service or used it, including the processing of uploaded images or the consumption of subscription credits or tokens, you are eligible for a refund.

You retain all applicable ownership rights, copyrights, and intellectual property interests in content you upload and in outputs generated through the Service, subject to applicable law. QuickHDR does not claim ownership of your uploads or processed outputs.

By uploading content, you grant QuickHDR a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You agree not to upload, submit, or use the Service in connection with content that:

• Violates applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
• Is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent.
• Contains sexually explicit material or other prohibited content.
• Attempts to disrupt, compromise, or abuse the Service or other users.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws, licensing obligations, and third-party rights.

If you use a free trial or free-tier offering, you acknowledge that uploaded content and associated metadata may be retained and used internally by QuickHDR for quality assurance, technical development, operational optimization, system evaluation, security, fraud prevention, and improvement of the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

For paid subscription services, uploaded content is processed solely to provide and maintain the requested functionality of the Service.

QuickHDR uses automated systems, cloud infrastructure, and machine-assisted processing. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, inconsistencies, unintended artifacts, distortions, or other technical irregularities.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickHDR does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that processed images will meet your creative, commercial, or technical requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• QuickHDR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
• QuickHDR is not liable for loss, corruption, or unavailability of uploaded or processed content, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• You use the Service at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, engage in prohibited activity, or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are located outside Israel, you may have additional rights under the laws of your local jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on the QuickHDR platform or website unless otherwise required by applicable law. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
